Hello,

I have to use phonegap for my app. Now in order to test the app. i need to test it from the ipad. So i need the Mobile app. tester. I have downloaded the source code. As far i understand for this source code i need an apple computer with xcode.

Is this really the only way? I started using Tiggzi because i do not need an apple computer with xcode!

I also did read "we in are in the process of submitting the app to Apple store".
is this already processed?
if yes. what is the app name?
if no. how long is this going to take?

Hello! Yes you really need Apple computer with xCode to install Tiggzi tester, but you can sign up for the Apple Developer Program then create the iOS binary (.ipa) using the Tiggzi Export option and download the app to your iPhone to use and/or test and achieving all this without a Apple/Mac computer/laptop.

No, Tiggzi Tester App hasn't been submitted to Apple store again. We did it before, but it wasn't approved. We will try again.

Thanks for the answer. Very much appreciated.

Maybe a stupid question. However to export from Tiggzi, you need to load the tester source code in tiggzi?

If that is the case i did try this already. The only way i found was to use the backup method. However did give me an error and did not load the source code. Is there another way i have overlooked?

Hi! To export from Tiggzi (build .ipa file and install it on device) you should joing the iOS Developers Programm here https://developer.apple.com/programs/.... More information you can find here http://developer.apple.com/library/io...

Sorry maybe i do not understand you or i have ask the question wrong, but that was not the answer i expected.

Do you need first to load the tester source code before you can export it from Tiggzi?

Or can you only load the source code in Tiggzi when you have join the IOS Developers Program?

I understand the part that you first need to join the IOS Developers Program in order to export it and build a .ipa file. But my questions was about how to load the tester source code in Tiggzi itself in order to export. (or is there another way to export?)

Sorry if i am confusing i am just a starter and do not know much about how this all works

No worries :)

Tiggzi Mobile Tester makes easier to test apps on an actual mobile device. This way you can easily test native apps without having to install a new version of the app each time. To install this App on Aplle device you should download Source Code for iPhone using Apple computer with xCode (you don't need join the IOS Developers Program).

To install your app on Apple device there are two ways:

1) Export your App as xCode project (only possible with Mac)
2) or you can buil .ipa file, but to do this you should join IOS Developers Program

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you still have any question

Yes, there is only one way to install Tiggzi Mobile Tester - you need xCode for that, but you don't need xCode to install Apps created by you on Apple device (you can use second way I suggested - buil .ipa file, but to do this you should join IOS Developers Program, it can be done using not Mac, just your PS).

In process of signing up for the IOS Developers Program. (waiting for email of confirmation of acceptance)

Ok so for the tester I need to use apple and xcode :(

LOL: now i understand your first answer. The app i am working on right now. i can make an .ipa file and download the app to the Ipad. (you did give 2 answers in the first post. I thought that answer was only for the tester. That's why things got confused. Sorry about this)

Thanks sofar for the excellent help
