I have several apps I am working on and I would like to organize them using the folders but I don't know how to move apps to folders.

Please help.

No such option yet.. we were thinking of introducing a tagging feature. What do you think about that?

Tagging would be fine. The issue I am running into is that since I have a deep list of apps, some don't show even when I scroll down. The apps at the bottom of the list are hidden and only display if I search for them. So I would like to see apps based on tags or folder. The alternative is to fix the app scroll/list. Either would work but anything would help my user experience at this point.

You should be able to scroll the app list - is that not working for you?

I can not see the last app on the list. I think that I wouldn't be able to see the last two apps if I added another.

You should see a scroller on right-hand side. Do you see it?

I see it but it doesn't scroll all the way down to the last app. Same experience in Chrome and Firefox.

Can you post a screen shot of how it looks?

Here is a screenshot of how it looks when I scroll down to the bottom of the app list.

See how the bottom app is barely visible. You can see the top of the icon.
