So it is impossible to use it in appery.io

Will this plugin be added to Appery when the platform supports iOS 8.2 - iOS 9? Can an admin please answer for the community if you are planning on doing this?

How far are we to implement iWatch Apps? I have already a project for that device in particular

The Apple Watch doesn't have a browser so running a Cordova plugin is not possible yet. The link that you sent - requires writing additional code.

This part:
You will need to write your own WatchKit Extension and WatchKit App with native code. It will not be possible to run a Cordova app directly on the Watch, as there is no support for a WebView and your WatchKit code must reside in the WatchKit Extension. This plugin provides a message passing interface between your Cordova iPhone app and the WatchKit Extension / App.
