I'm trying to save a new version but the new code number will not save.
I have cleared my cache in Chrome and tried to save the version again and also tried it in Safari.
What to do?

I read in a previous post that you can change the number on your server. If you could change to any number above 9 I would be most grateful

Yes, changed the screen size limitations as advised by Google.

As you've changed source code, changes you do in Visual editor are not applied (more information here). You can change version in AndroidManifest.xml as well.
Oh Dear Getting nowhere!
I have changed and saved as 11 in both the settings and manifest and yet google "sees" 10
I feel like scrapping and starting again. It's only a small app.
What do you advise.
