in the project "button should be at bottom of list" I have a gird connected to a data source, just as in the Twitter demo. There is a button below the grid in the IDE. When I test the app, the button is at the top of the list.

It's public now. Thanks for checking into this.
Looks like this is a bug. I tried the same with the Twitter app. I placed the button below the grid but it was rendered above the grid. I'll report this as a bug and we'll try to fix it next week.
This issue is now fixed.
