I just added a user (a href="mailto:sborntrager@eslpanda.com" rel="nofollow"sborntrager@eslpanda.com/a) to my team but am unable to add the user to a specific app I am working on (xpatpub). When I try, it states that the user needs to be part of my team which the user is part of.

Hi Shannon -

You can try to remove user from your team, clear browser cache (ctrl/cmd+F12) logout-login and try to add again.

Let us know the result.

To add: can you show the error message that you're getting when you add user to the project?

I still can't get it working. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Hello!

Could you post error screenshot?
Please note user who you share seat with has to accept invitation.

I'm pretty sure everything was accepted. I'm able to log into the a href="mailto:sborntrager@eslpanda.com" rel="nofollow"sborntrager@eslpanda.com/a account.

"Invited user(s) will see the shared plan, and its owner, in the Account Plan tab. Projects can’t be shared with users who haven’t joined the team. To join the team, click the “check” icon to the right of the shared plan"

I can send username/pw via email so you can look at it if you have time. I'm supposed to have a developer do work on a project and am hoping to have this set up right away.
