I've been right through a webinar on youtube and followed everything as they said but it still says I have no devices registered and I have actually registered 2 devices myself!!! Very Strange.

Its driving me crazy! Can you help please.

Kind Regards

Mark

Is this the screen shot you wanted? There doesn't appear to be any devices registered which is even more confusing as I am using it on my phone and my partners phone!!!

Any suggestions?

Hi Mark,

Probably you have installed the app before enabling Push Notifications.
Please try re-installing it on device.

HI Kateryna,

I tried uninstalling the app on both of my devices and still no devices registered, any ideas? What can be wrong, can you add the devices from the device collection page?
If so where would I find my phones ID?

Kindest Regards

Mark
