new project from back up

I deleted my custom theme and saved as a back up.
Created new project and used backup. But it still opens in flash builder.
You guys converting is the only way?

It's one issue and a workaround exists.. I wouldn't call it making the builder unusable.
Well Max when I posted this there was NO workaround.
And yes when the collapsible block is way off the screen which forces centering of all other content.
