I made 3 swatches in ThemeRoller, downloaded the zip, copy and pasted the full CSS, created a new Theme in Appery, pasted the CSS into the new Theme, selected the Theme from App settings and it didn't work.

The 3 swatches I made in ThemeRoller are (1-burgendy, 2-yellow, 3- dark gray). The 3 swatches in the new Theme are (1-black, 2-blue, 3-light gray)?

Did I miss a step somewhere? Why are the new colors random?

If it wouldn't help - please post screen shots for critical parts of your theme.

I followed the steps in the link you provided and it didn't work. Here are the screenshots.

I created swatches in ThemeRoller:

Downloaded the zip, created new Theme in Appery, and copy and pasted the CSS. This is what I got:

Please try to change selected "swatch" on the "app settings" and try again.

And please share your application with us if you doesn't got desirable result.

I reselected the customized theme and swatches in App settings and it still doesn't work.

What do you need to see the app codes and settings?

We have looked your app and looks Ok.

Try to change (not just reselect) the "swatch" (for example on "B" or "C") in your app settings. http://i61.tinypic.com/zvyjkg.png

Yes, I did change the "swatch" in app settings. I've tried, A, B, and C, none of them are the ones I designed in ThemeRoller (screenshot above).
