I am trying to build an ios app for testing, it need to require a distribution certificate. What is this and How do i set it up

It seems to suggest that I need to do all this from a MAC computer. Can this be done from a windows computer?

right, you need a newer intel chip. I have used the windows command line technique as well... it does work just takes a little longer

I'd suggest doing 'MacinCloud' - it's affordable, cheaper than buying a MAC, and it's always available - from your PC, laptop , or even phone (if you use jump). You can get a limited 4 hours a day plan - and it does the job.

I have a fairly new PC with an 8-core Xeon processor. I won't be upgrading it soon.
