Hi when following the tutorial: Building Mobile RSS App, When I test the rest service after ensuring the various fields are correct it delivers the response:
Test failed! Please check service properties and the error details in "Response" area.
My UI doesn't seem to be the same as in the tutorial, there is no
'Open Palette Services' but I went to create/new to create the service but it doesn't let me drag onto the phone as in the tutorial?
( made sure xml is selected and Use Tiggzi Proxy etc)
It wont allow me to set Settings or Security Context, again this is not the same as the tutorial. Ive tried with the rss feed in the tutorial and my own but neither work.
Help"!!

I must be clicking on the wrong thing or something.
Create newservicerest service
URL: http://michaelfaradayschoo.blip.tv/rss
Method: Get
Data type XML
Settings & security set to 'None'
TiggziProxy selected
Then go to test and click the green 'test button'?

It works with or without proxy. Can you attach a screen shot of the Test tab?

From your image, the URL is not set. Did you click Save after entering the URL?

Yes and I just tried it again. Its exactly as you see it in the image and is saved afterwards. The settings page is the only page in which I have entered information
Nothing in Request, Response or Echo sections.

I think the problem is that the URL is not set... Do this. Delete the service and create a new one.
