Slow apk screen changes
My app was running slow in the web browser but I assumed this was normal, yet when I compile to an apk I still find that the application lags during screen changes. Is this normal or have I configured something wrong?

It depends on configuration of your App (how many services you call, what JS you use etc).
Without any configuration it's horrifically slow during screen changes. Is this a known issue? Can you direct me to any examples of applications that use screen transitions which respond as fast as in an application not compiled through Tiggzi? Even in the web preview the transitions are blatantly slow, and that's with way more computing power than a smartphone...
Go to Project Project Settings General, and check to render all pages in one file. Let us know if that makes a difference.
Tried that already, it may have been a bit faster but still not acceptable for a released application.
Can you share your app for collaboration with support@tiggzi.com so we can try it?
Any updates on suggestions for page/transition speed?
I setup my basic UI (full screen map with menu panel pushing from left) and just that, even compiled on my iPhone5, has a noticeable (at least .5 second) lag before the transition happens. It sounds minor but it just feels slow and if it's not addressable I'm afraid my clients will basically force me out of Appery.io/Hybrid apps and I'll have to stick to separate native dev for iOS and Android.
Pleaasssee let there be a solution, I love Appery.io ![]()
Hi - can you share your test project? (public link or share it with: a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a) So we can try it on a device.
Thanks Illya, I shared it with support.
Hey Illya, did you receive the project? Any suggestions. I just bought an Adroid device to do further testing - want it to work!
