Hi,

Is there someone who can help us on how to proceed when Sendgrid refused provision? We already explain where shall we use it but they still refusing it. We submitted to them twice but still no luck.
Here are the details of my app:
-allows user to enter contact details (name,email address, contact number)
-allows user to take a photo using phone camera
-send user contact info and photo via email.

Can you send the email you used to sign up for Sengrid to a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a? I can't promise anything but I will ping my contact there.

Another refusal for me also... Sendgrid not at all very helpful !

Can you tell us where to find the api_user and api_key in Sendgrid? We can't proceed on testing our app thanks

It has to be somewhere in their console. Is your account approved?

Just emailed Sendgrid.

if your account has been approved, its your api user = user name and api key = password

Could you help me, with this same issue? Send grid also refused my account since I dont have web site. user of the app I ́m developing, would send an email to the app owner, for an appointment date.
