Not exactly , I mean sharing a content (link to download pdf file) via such menu yes

What you are showing is a native menu.. you create HTML5 and hybrid (PhoneGap) apps in Appery.io. PhoneGap doesn't have API to show such menu. You could try and build it with HTML.
This is a 3rd party plug-in. You would need to export the app source and add it in Ecipse/xCode.
