Is it possible to use Bartender together with the navbar component in Tiggzi?

Hello,
Unfortunately it's impossible. You can use standard styles only.

Is there a way to style the navbar at all? Because this navbar will never pass onto Appstore. I don't know if you had a chance to look at Bartender but it is developed for jquery mobile 1.2.

I think you guys need to think about your whole Apple approach. I doesn't help anyone that you can make a phonegap app with Tiggzi that could run on a iphone if it doesn't have a chance to make it to appstore without some major UI hacking from your users. You done a awesome job at making a tool that really make it simple and fast to make a hybrid app. But for me and for alot of other people that are using Tiggzi or want to start using Tiggzi it is important that we can make a hybrid app that will not just fail because of the lack of native styling in the UI. Again.. you have done a great job with Tiggzi but i just wanted to give you this feedback.

I absolutely agree with you. But our team works on functionality which is considered to be more important. We will surely make Tiggzi more Applish, but it will take time...

Hi Katya,

just a small note,
maybe an basic ios theme could be added to the builder while the developers are working on the full implementation of themeroller, this would allow apps to be submitted with the ios look, and then altered by developer when TR is fully supported, I know you guy are working hard but this could be a stop gap

thanks for all you help

you can style nav and button in old flash builder using new themes and custom css, lots of work but at this moment there is no other way to get your app approved to App Store, default JQM theme gets rejected automatically - if you ask me this is extremly important, much more then themeroller feature :)

Thx for your fast answer Katya! and i'm glad to hear that you are working on this! I think it is a very important feature that needs to be added to make Tiggzi the ultimate hybrid app builder.. not only for Android and Windows Mobile etc but also for iPhone/iPad apps. I kind of like Michael's idea.. something basic to start with.
Point your dev team towards this guy's work - http://taitems.tumblr.com/post/724087...

It could be a start.. even tho it seems like there is still some work left to do on that theme and then Bartender for the navbar.

Keep up the good work! :)

Also.. keep us updated on this topic.. as you notice there are more people then me that really would like to see this soon :)

So back to the navbar problem.. can i change the icons and make the text abit smaller? Also i would like to have smaller tabs.. specially i would like to do something about the height.

Also i got a problem with the navbar going crazy on me sometimes.. wrong tab is active and sometimes it navigates to one page and then directly to another page without me doing anything.
