Is there a way to change the order of list items without deleting and recreating the items? When I try to drag and drop, it moves the whole list instead of the individual item - even though I have the item selected and not the whole list.

You just need to drag it and drop.
Try to reopen the project please.
What's the trick? No matter where I grab, it picks up the whole list and not the item. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and IE.

You select not the whole item, use breadcrumbs at the top as it's shown in the picture 
Doesn't matter what part of the breadcrumb I have selected, it still drags the whole item.

I don't want to move the whole thing. I want to move Item 3 above Item 2 or Item 1.
In this case you need to rename the items in Properties.
OK, I was hoping not to have to do that because I have different events connected to each item. I will have to reconnect all the events.
