If you click one of the items and go back, you notice that the navigation bar goes down with the page and the header doesn't stick if you scroll down.
I don't think this is a valid behavior, and I check the apps in the gallery having similar problems. I want to ask, how do you keep the header and footer from moving?

Please follow these steps:
1 Activate the header component on the page.
2 In header properties set "position" property to "inline". http://prntscr.com/3gnajw/direct
3 Do the same with footer.

Actually you got it backwards. I want them to remain fixed. When I navigate away from the page and return, the header and footer turned inline. I want it to be fixed.
