Hi,

I am trying to make my form email the results and have the body include all of the custom fields on the form. I followed the instructions here:

So basically, I have the mapping set up to look like this:

Then on the button I have two actions set. The first action is to write the fields to a stored variable. The second action is to initiate the SendGrid service.

The page is question is triggered by a button on a previous page in my app, but it does not open when I press the button. I find this curious since all of the actions are set on the form button press not on page open. What did I do wrong?

Are there any errors in browser console?

It does not give me any errors. I just get the animated "loading" image when I press the button to load the page. This is both in the test console as well as on my test phone.

Could you also show, how you processing the form data?

Please see the link in the description of the problem. I am using a javascript to write the data to a stored variable then using the stored variable contents to fill out the text portion of the email.

But this should not be a problem to begin with, I have not pushed the button that triggers the script. The script does not load until the button is pushed, it is not triggered on page load. So why doesn't the page load?

To get to the page that is affected, please choose "Apopka" from the select list on the first page, then click on the button that is labelled "Make An Appointment". This is where you will see the load image but the page does not load.

We have found that you filled the settings with incorrect characters.

You need to use in this field value with characters a-z, 0-9.

This is an internet ready user account. I used a complex password. Is there no way to fix this other than using a simple password?

We saw the problem and our developers will fix it.

But currently you need to specify correct text to use this plugin.
