I have completed my app, and am able to run it in the web browser, xCode Simulator and multiple devices without any errors.

I have tried running it in the Appery mobile app tester, and it will not login, and instead gives the error:

TypeError undefined is not an object (evaluating 'this.prop(attrName).trim')

This only happens in the tester app, and not on anything else.

Is this something I should be worrying about, or can it be something that will only result when using the tester app?

Any ideas on how I can confirm this?

Sorry for my ignorance, but is it possible to clear the app cashe in iOS? Is so, how can I?

I tried deleting and reinstalling the app (not sure if this would delete the case or not) but I have run into the same problem still.

I am using iOS 7.1.2 on an iPhone 4s.
Tested on a ipad and iphone 5s as well, and still experiencing the same issue.

It is called 17weeks and login credentials are in the email.
