Hi,
Has anybody an idea whether for a Tiggzi app cross-platform I should (and could) use either AdMobs or AdSense?
With AdSense I am in touble as they ask for an URL to activate the account, but I don't have it (this being an app), while AdMob force me to download ad use platform ad-hoc SDK (which I can't make use of in Tiggzi - thanks god
).
Can anyone help me?
..maybe suggesting also other good alternatives to make maney with ADVs on my app.
Thanks! Bye. Janko

Try to search for a solution that works by embedding a JavaScript widget into the app or via REST APIs.

Thanks Max.
Any suggestion? What are other users using?
Almost all the service offering Javascript embedding are aimed to mobile websites, and require an public URL where the site is published to be validated.
This sounds like an important limitation now in Tiggzi.
bye. Thanks

So, why is it our limitation that they require a public URL
?
You can build a mobile web app, publish the app with a custom domain and use that link.

I am building an app working on both android and iOS, not a mobile site, so, unless I am missing something (aoplogies for that if it was the case and thanks for pointing me in the right direction please) I don't have an URL to give them. Right?

If you are building an iOS or Android app -- there is no URL.

..Also, i suspect that they could use the "referrer" to detect that the user are really coming from the URL I give them (which won't work in case of an app)
thanks, bey

If they provide a JavaScript SDK of some sort - you can easily upload any JavaScript files to your app.

Yes, and that's actually the point.
For non-SDK based advertising (the only I can make use of ) they usually ask for an URL , as such solutions are aimed to mobile site rather than apps.

Any clue of "good" service that can be used?
Thanks Max !
