I had my google map and routines working till yesterday.

Now my map is not showing any more.

I just set a blank page for testing and dropped the Map component.

Initialize the map with appery's code.

Call the GeolocationService, it return the latitude and longitude.

In the Mobile preview window ( web Browser ) it works, so it shows the map.

But in the device ( iPhone and Android) it does not show anymore the map.

Can someone help ?

I'm having a similar problem. I checked my app today in the app itunes store and noticed the Map component was not showing up.

I can still call a geolocation service and get lat/long, but the map is not visible.

The google map isn't showing up on my iOS apps. I looked at my apps this morning and notice the map is missing. It was working a couple of days ago. Has anyone else noticed this?

It seems to be a bug in Appery, or maybe google is asking for a key ??

Could you help us by specifying what project types are affected (JQM or AngularJS)?
We are already working on this issue and get back here as soon as we have any news.

My project is JQM.

I ran a test and added a new map to a blank page.

The map shows when testing in the browser,

but the map does not show when using the Appery Tester App.

Since we didn't change the code, it seems google is blocking us to show the map...

This is an update on the above.
We could reproduce the issue and it looks like this is caused by some changes from Google's side.
Anyway, our developers are already working on it and at this time I am waiting for the results of their investigation.
As soon as I hear back from them I will let you know.
