I have uploaded my app to Google Play but for some reason it doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy S4. Is this a setting or is there something I need to do specifically before uploading to Google play? I have just exported my app for android and uploaded the file to Google play. Any help would be most appreciated.

I have been able to install the apk, no errors, I am not sure of the android version as it isn't my phone it is a customer who is trying to download the app onto his Galaxy 4.

Galaxy S4 is running Android 4.2.2.
When I go to the play store to try and install it's saying incompatible will all my devices. Screenshot attached.

As this app is for Oceania and UK only I have only 3 countries setup for distribution at the moment, what country are you trying to install from?
