It would be great if we can have a clear understanding as to what needs to be done to get clean launch images.
I have gone through the following topics ..

https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...
https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...

But I fail to get a clear understanding as to how to get launch images working.. the image i put appears condensed and blurred.

I am using the following tool to make nine patch images

http://android-ui-utils.googlecode.co...

Can this be used? Or is there something else which has to be used. It has been referred by the appery team member in the following topic

Hello!

Have you tried the way described here https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...? Please send to a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a your 9.png image so we can see if you have done everything correctly.

There seems to be an issue.. I am trying to do what is mentioned.. actually I had read that before asking the question and had tried it.. when i renamed it wasnt letting me compile apk...so i deleted the png from source and i was able to compile..

But now when I am trying again I am unable to see splash.png in the source. the drawable folder appears blue when I upload an image in 426x320 launch image...

I think there is some issue... Would request someone from your end to visit my application.. I have already shared my application to a href="mailto:supprt@appery.io" rel="nofollow"supprt@appery.io/a

i have also emailed you the splash 9 file

thanks

I have done as mentioned in the tutorial..it is still not reproducing the splash.png file once I upload launch image..

I have done undo resource changes,, and I have done a refresh

Also I am able to upload just the first upload image the 426x320 .. and thats the one I am guessing showing in blue in the source folder. The drawable-hdpi folder is appearing in blue

Hello!

There are two apps shared, could you clarify which one you have problem with?

Open Project - App settings - Android binary. You have loaded 5 files for 426x320 image, but haven't select any file.
After you select image go to
source - android -partyopia-res-drawable-ldpi
There you can see the just selected file. You have to rename it. For example file name was "splash.png". You have to rename it to "splash.9.png"
