Platform hot-fix on 9/10/2019

Please be aware that with tomorrow's release the libraries' versions 1.1 and 1.2 for Ionic v1 and Bootstrap will be deprecated. Your published Apps will continue to have these version but for the Apps updates, we highly recommend to update the library's version to more current ones.
