tester app and dev center login on samsung galaxy tablet

The tester app worked on my tablet the first time I used it but now I can't login to it anymore. I get the error invalid user account or pwd. I previously logged in without an issue and the testing worked just fine. So, i uninstalled the app and reinstalled and that didn't help. I also can't login to the dev center from the tablet to test it that way using Chrome or any other browser. So, I'm stuck because I need to use the tablet for testing since my app uses the camera.
I know this is not a data entry error on my part as i've carefully entered pwd and email address for account multiple times. How can I resolve this? Thanks...
