new ios-like theme doesn't work for me

After applying the new ios-like theme on a web app and phone app, color scheme does not change from default jqm in test via desktop or device. I checked another theme and it displayed theme colors etc.
I tried a couple of devices and a couple of different desktop browsers. I cleared cache. I checked the source code and see:
