Incorrect Icon in Appstore

My app in the appstore only has default icon instead of the icons I uploaded. I loaded all the icon sizes in Appery, and when I test the app on the iphone (running on xcode) it has the correct icon, but once I upload it to the appstore, the icon returns to the default icon.
What am I doing wrong?
