Sendgrid Password Recovery not finding user

Hi
I have added the password recovery from your tutorial to my app. I have done this many times before.
I have correct dbID and masterkey and Sendgrid account is valid and active. Correct username and password.
Copied the Script URL to the rest service.
When I test the serverside script it works but not from testing from the app. It seems that the username parameter is not passed from the service.
When I test the service error returns to say that no username was found.
Please help.
