Screen size

I want my app to display 2 different pages for phone or for the tablet.
So I created 3 pages. 1 for phone and 1 for tablet. The third 1 is to calculate the screen size.
Now my question is how can I do this. In this post https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...
Alena show how to calculate the size but how do I then "autoload" the different pages?
