Missing custom icon

I've read and followed the instructions for creating custom icons within buttons. The issue I have is that one icon displays while another does not. See images below:
Missing icon for the "List of Terms" button:
My custom CSS:
btnHome = "List of Terms" button
btnTranscript = "Feedback" button
