Urgent - Every API call from production deployment is failing this morning

Apparently, something got changed in the API with respect to Access-Control-Allow-Origin configuration. Apps that used to work fine until this morning are all ALL failing. The exact error is:

No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://buzzub.me' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 404.

HELP!
