google map plugin error

good day all,
I am getting the attached error when I add cordova-plugin-googlemaps 2.3.8 and try to build the app.
my app name is "satha" and it is open for support.

I've checked the builds log for this app and the most recent one was successful.

I believe it is successful because I have unchecked the googleMapPlugin from the cordova plugins tab. If I add it again it will fail with no rerror description.
