Ability to add multiple resources to CSS Theme

I am importing a custom theme I made from https://themeroller.jquerymobile.com/ and after uploading all the files, I now have to select one recource at a time! This is very painful. Please, can you save me the agony and make a way for multiple uploads? Anything would be better than this.
