Appery api express and server code is very slow

Today alot of my api express and server code have this error and timeout

• {"code":"AE271","message":"Mongo error: error code is '-2'","status":"BAD_REQUEST"}
• Error code SCSE018: Execution of the script has exceeded the allowed time and stopped

So what is the root cause of these problem, the app work fine yesterday until today
