You told that would be avaiable, the export app to Windows Phone, but in my screen this option don't appears. See picture. This picture was put from your site.

What is your library version? Did you try cleaning cache?
I cleared cache, but appears the same thing. See the picture, is my screen.

Export to ".xap" not avaliable on "v1.1" libraries version.
Please change it to "v2.0" http://prntscr.com/3gwehy/direct
In the "export" popup ".xap" option will appear after.
