How do I test my web app on a mobile phone if the remote debugger is not available now?

Anil,
Could you please check that in the App settings you have checked Enable debugging Weinre?

Now weinre enabled in app settings but seeing following error

Hi Anil,
Could you please try again?
Let's try the following:
Save the app, log out, close all Appery.io tabs, clear cache, close browser, open browser and try again...

Yes. it works after new login.
