I have two apps in production. When I log into either using any device - phone, tablet or browser, on a wired network, or via cellular - I get login failures.
Is the platform 'accepting connections'? I can use the visual editor - but when I go to test - I get login failures (a spinner that lasts for about 20-25 seconds --- and then it appears to timeout.).
No error code delivered - just a login failure.

Could you please log out from Appery.io, clear browser cache and cookies and re-log-in?
Yes. I did that to no avail. My report here is for apps running on user phones disbursed throughout the Us ... Cannot login. The spinner keeps spinning. I've tested the login service from the builder and it returns success.
However ,when I run the app or try to test it, or run the binary on any device here in Phoenix, Seattle or New Hampshire ... I get the spinner and login failure.
