Our application is experiencing very slow response times today. I clocked some interactions and it is taking up to 14 seconds for the database to return results from a call.

The problem for me is that I have our first big round of beta testing starting at 3:00 Central Time. Lots of people have volunteered to come to the office and be part of our beta testing program.

It's going to be awkward if things are still like this at that time.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help troubleshoot the problem. My day is dedicated to this

our back-end service had a lot of "heavy" requests from one of the clients server, so it has decreased performance for all customers on the same node. Our developer team fixed it already.

Can you confirm if you are experiencing this issue ?

Yes, we just did a demo for a group of beta testers and it was barely usable. This occurred between 3:00 Central and now (3:52) .

Same here. Very slow performance today. Hope it gets fixed soon!
