How to have custom CSS or have the customer choose his App color experience

Im looking for the customer to choose his own colors for header backend, the same way we select a theme for the App if its posible the customer to choose from differnt options for him to have his own look and feel.

Any idea?

Or set all colors using the JavaScript code.
