I'm trying to invoke a barcode scanner service on a button click but nothing happens. Same case with other things camera, contacts and geo-location

How/where are you testing the app?
Tiggzi tester on my galaxy note
I just downloaded tiggzi tester app from the android market, signed in and I could see my app. Opened my app, I see the button, when I click nothing happens.
Make sure you have the latest Tiggzi Mobile Tester, we had an udpate this week.
