Updating Appery app on Google Play / Signing error

Is there any way to correctly update one of my Appery apps that was published for Android more than two years ago?
I am struggling to do that with the regenerated .aab but keep receiving the signing error "To upload an Android App Bundle you must be enrolled in Play App Signing ".

This is an issue that developers face when updating their existing app on Google Play that was originally published using an .apk file. This format is no longer accepted by the Google Play store for publishing new apps.
