Remove start up screen on Android

Is there a way I can disable/remove the first page (just has an icon in the middle of the page) on Android?
Google play connect is rejecting my app saying its crashing. It isn't as myself and Appery have confirmed this but I thought maybe if I remove that screen then it might pass.
I say that screen because the attached image from Google shows that page
