Slow response is causing lot of drop in productivity. I am able to create new service but its page does not open to allow editing. I've been trying continually for the last 36+ hours.

I can't see any anomalies in network connections for Appery.io.
How exactly you're experiencing unavailability of service testing, could you please show us.

Could you please check the network tab in browser console, are there any errors messages? If there are some please show request/response to unfold the details and show us this screenshot.

I do not see any error messages. Network console screen shot is attached.
Strangely, all works fine in Firefox but Service page is still not opening in Chrome.
