I am getting no icons or correct formatting at design time. Aso my popups are showing on the left of screen. Please see screenshot....

Please try to clear your browser cache.
Close your browser and open again.

Hi, I have done this and it's fixed the icon issue but the pop ups are still overlapping the components as per screen shot.

Please specify your browser and its version.
Have you tried in different browser?

I have tried incognito mode in chrome and it works. The same issue in IE also. I will stick with incognito mode. Thanks!
