I have logged this before. Please can you get this sorted out. I have to refresh my browser cache all the time before I can upload images. This never happened before.

Answered below. What I cant understand is why was this not a problem before until recently? It seems that as Appery matures the bugs actually increase instead of decrease?
Ok, thanks for the information. I presume both are latest versions. To give you an update our engineers are currently testing a new approach and if it proves to be much efficient we will include it in future platform update.
This wasn't stably reproducible for our QA team that's why it took so long to catch it first. Recently we have rolled out the fix for this -- please let us know if something similar will arise for you while using the platform.
