I get the same problem, when deploying to iOS (IPad or Iphone) the footer bar will "jump" up over the top of the keyboard when trying to input data. This is particularly when editing a list. There appears to be a conflict between the native keyboard control and the footer.
Yes this the issue
I have 5 inputs and when a got the focus the first I don't see the footer but when the focus get to the second I see the footer, the thirth I don't watch it and four I watch the footer. One yes one no.
Any Idea how to solve the issue?
Thank you
I'm not sure why it happens. I'm guessing that's how the browser/OS work.
Agree probably "not a problem" with the Appery Tools but rather with the jQuery footer implementation. Sort of makes a footer unusable as a navigation metaphor where data input is concerned using the native OS keyboard popup. End user feedback describes the footer popping up over the keyboard behavior as "disconcerting"... Do you know if there is any workaround in jQuery or JS?
No, not aware of any workarounds. Did you try jQuery Mobile forum?
Ok thanks Mark
