Freeform (put anywhere) labels and input without grids

I want freeform (put anywhere) text labels and input without grids. Be able to put text labels and inputs anywhere I want and change size (width) font, size (height) --- full control! I'm having a lot of problems putting 20+ fields on a mobile device. I have very little control over everything.
