I am trying to change my current plan (Starter) to Standard. I would like to take the advantage of existing rates(before Aug. 10th). Unfortunately I am not able to do this without having promo code. Tried many times to upgrade my subscription but no luck.

Could you please clarify what promo code you mean? You don't need any special promo code to upgrade. Just open https://appery.io/account - Change plan - Standard and enter all needed data.
Well, I thought you may have a discount code or something similar? If you don't ask?

If you are not a granted user who already has such code I cannot give it to you unfortunately.
We suggest free Standard plan for qualified users (educational and non-profit pricing). You could email a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a in case you can provide us with any kind of proof you qualify.
