TRACKING BUG: Looping does not work on the Video Player component on most Android devices

This is to track the bug identified in: https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...
As confirmed by Evgene in that thread, this is a bug. I have tested on 3 devices, and it works on one of them (Moto G) but not on two other tablet devices. Evgene tested on an Android 4.4.2 device, not sure which, and did not work.
Since the original thread is about something else with IFrames, I am opening this thread with the correct title.

Thanks, Evgene. I have a question in the meantime... is it possible somehow in JavaScript to overcome the "no loop" bug, by registering for a "Video done" event, and then firing a "play video" command, or does the Video Component not support that?

Hi, Katya!
I already found that one yesterday and tried it. It does nothing in this case, unfortunately. That's why I posted the question, thinking maybe you know some other trick.
Evgene, did it work for you by any chance?
-Kal.

Hi Kal,
It is being fixed now... Unfortunately I don't have a time frame yet.
You could try using jplayer: http://jplayer.org/

Thanks, I will look into it. Looks like this plugin uses an SWF flash player plugin. Is this allowed in Appery, or will I have to export to Eclipse to do it?
