Not able to download windows phone vsproject

Not able to download as Windows Phone Vs project;
I am able to download Xcode and Android. But for windows phone project, not able to download it.

When you say "not able to download" -- what exactly happens?
Nothing happens on GoogleChrome.
in Mozilla browser, it downloads as just 1kb file, instead of 40mb
Chrome probably just doesn't show the download window, check in Downloads folder. Why do you think the file size should be 40mb?
Xcode is showing as around 47mb
after downalod Vsproj size is showing as 1kb
when i try to extarct the zip file it is giving error message saying compressed(zipped) folder is invalid. Ideally size of vsproj should be more than 1kb
